The Heaven Bound Express is a Bible-centered children's ministry. Through teaching, crafts, games, and music, children will learn about Jesus and His gospel. In addition, they will be taught Biblical principles for dealing with situations they face in their everyday lives at school, at church, or at home.
The name "Heaven Bound Express" is a reflection of the railroad theme that is used throughout the program. Children will travel from one "station" to another for each of the different activities (Music/Bible teaching, crafts, games). Each station along the route has a station master who is responsible for the activities, and a porter, who assist the station master. When the allotted time for each stop has passed, the children are escorted by conductors to the next location. Each week the journey begins with the children picking up their ticket at the Ticket Office and going to the Main Station for opening ceremonies. After their trip is completed the children will return to the Main Station for dismissal.
The Heaven Bound Express leaves every Wednesday night at exactly 6:30 and returns at 8:00 PM.
